When a process functions well enough, many people do not feel incentivized to change how it is done, particularly when they are used to doing the same thing for years.
Change requires an investment of one or more of the following: time, finances, creativity. At QSM, we are not satisfied operating at “the norm”. The entirety of our team, from front office to production floor, consists of members who are constantly pushing their knowledge and capabilities. We strive for perpetual improvement by testing and investing in new ideas and processes – because it is what we love to do.
